Registrations are now open for the next Hookin2Hockey program at Yarra Hockey.

Hookin2Hockey is a fun introductory program for new or relatively new hockey players, aged from 5-12 years.

The key focus is to introduce kids to playing hockey in a fun, inclusive and games-based environment.

Our coaches are all Hockey Australia accredited and generally play in one or more of Yarra’s Junior or Senior teams. Training sessions will include education / familiarisation with the safe use of hockey gear, basic stick to ball skills, hand-eye coordination, general fitness and game play. Plus, lots of fun!

Our next Hookin2Hockey program will run from:

SATURDAY 28 FEBRUARY – SATURDAY 28 MARCH 2026

Sessions are from 9am-10am at Yarra Hockey – 67 Liberty Parade Bellfield
