Indoor hockey is a fast and skilful game – great fun and a great way to keep fit and develop stick skills.
Each team consists of 7 players, but there are also opportunities to coach, team manage and umpire.
The indoor hockey season runs from the 4th October to the 17th December 2024.
One training session is scheduled for each team before the start of the season but once club matches start it is just the weekly games.
