Yarra Hockey is thrilled to be a Hub provider for the Under 8 & Under 10 competitions in Term 2 and 3 of 2024.
This exciting, venue-based format streamlines participation for both new and returning players and their families.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Welcoming Environment: Whether you’re a seasoned hockey family or just starting out, our venue-based competition fosters a vibrant and supportive atmosphere for players, parents, and clubs alike.
- Convenience: Say goodbye to juggling multiple venues! All Under 8 & Under 10 matches will be played on Saturday mornings at our very own Yarra Hockey facilities.
- Simplified Hockey 5s games: Five players per side for eight rounds throughout the season. This promises fun competition and a fantastic community celebration.
- Games played on Saturday mornings: At Yarra from 8:15am for Under 8’s and 9:15 am for Under 10’s through Term 2 and 3.
- Training is on Wednesday evenings: At Yarra from 5:30pm
